A very enriching way to learn Nepali culture by immersing ourselves in Nepal student life.

- Lisa de Saxe, Semester in Nepal, Spring 2000

From the open arms of welcome at the airport to the tears shed at good-bye as our van left the gate at SANN—I thank you.  I thank you for taking the time to teach me.  I thank you for your patience & understanding.  I cannot give you the recognition that you truly deserve but I can give you my thanks and gratitude, and to let you know that you all changed my life forever.

- Jefri Peters, Eco-Tourism program, Fall 2000

I really really liked this semester. I think the host family stay is the great part of the program. The Chitwan trips and trek are the coolest things I’ve done. After doing this program, I know I’m coming back to Kathmandu.

- Bess Perry, Semester in Nepal, Spring 2003

Now I don’t look so much at Nepal as a foreign country, and much more a part of my life.

- Chris Welch, Semester in Nepal, Spring 2004

Never felt like my safety was ever compromised, even with the political situation. I always felt quite safe.

Laura Wells, Semester in Nepal, Spring 2004

Great Immersion; saw many different aspects of Nepal.

- Anna Butt, Semester in Nepal, Spring 2004
